CRAFT YOUR DREAM SPACE: Sewing With Dream Herbs

  • ST. JOHN'S LIVING WELL 7441 North Leavitt Avenue Portland, OR, 97203 United States (map)

Class Fee: $35 + $10 supplies

Join us for an afternoon of sewing, herbal medicine, yoga nidra (guided relaxation) and dream work. You will make your own dream eye pillow packed full of aromatic herbs and you'll learn how these herbs are capable of enhancing your dream experience. We will go over how to sew your eye pillow step-by-step, so that you gain the confidence to make your own from start-to-finish during class. You will also gain tools for invoking and remembering your dreams, clearing the dream space to prevent nightmares and understanding the essence of your dreams.

Throughout the process of the workshop we will be weaving together the waking self with the dream state through intention setting, herbalism, breath work, meditation, and handcrafting. By becoming aware of the aspects of the mind which manifest in our dreams, we can access hidden truths & intuitive abilities within.
*No prior sewing experience necessary. All sewing machines & sewing materials will be provided
