Shipping & Returns

When will I receive my order?

Most of the items in our shop are cut and sewn to order. Please allow 5-7 days for production before your order ships, unless otherwise indicated in the product description. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail and should arrive in 2-3 days. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

First Class — $5 flat rate
Priority Mail — $15 flat rate
International – $45 flat rate

International orders ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail International, with an expected delivery of 7-21 days. International delivery varies by destination and may be held for additional time in customs. Depending on the laws and regulations of your country, you might have to pay additional customs fees or taxes to receive your package. We always declare the full value of your order so that you be refunded in case of loss or damage.

In the rare event of a lost or damaged package, we am unfortunately unable to provide extensive assistance and suggest you contact your local post office immediately.

Do you accept returns?

Because our business is a small operation, we can only offer refunds within 14 days & only if the product is unused. If we inadvertently shipped a defective item, let us know, and we will send a replacement ASAP.  We do our best to take accurate photographs of our products, but please keep in mind that image color may vary slightly from screen to screen.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for another item as long as it is returned in the same condition—unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Please contact us within two days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item and shipping the new one. We am not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.

All Sale items are final and nonrefundable.

 

 

Class Cancellation & Rebook Policy

At Klum House we aim to provide you with an enriching experience in our skill-building classes. In order to do that, we plan and prepare for the number of students in our classes thoroughly.

Please review our cancellation and rebook policy:

  • We require at least 72 hours notice prior to the start of class to cancel for a full refund.
  • We require at least 48 hours notice prior to the start of class to rebook for a later class.
  • Full payment for class is due at time of sign up in order to secure your spot in class. 
  • No shows forfeit any refund or rebook.
  • If Klum House cancels a class that you registered for, you are entitled to either a cash refund or a rebook to a later class.
  • If you transfer your registration to another class with a higher price, you are subject to pay the difference.
 

 

Fabric & Product Care

How should I clean and care for waxed canvas?

Avoid ironing waxed canvas, as the wax will melt. Waxed canvas can simply be wiped clean with a damp cloth. Waxed canvas is naturally weather resistant and will develop its own patina with time.

Can I place a wholesale order?

We am currently accepting a select number of wholesale clients.
