Klum House canvas is very high quality
All the products I’ve purchased from Klumhouse have been very high quality from the leather to this fabric. I made my first Portsmith bag and lined it with this fabric and it came out great and is very durable.
This lining gives my bags structure. Love this fabric. I've tried other canvas for lnings and the bags turn out too floppy.
This is *the* lining! I have replaced the lining in my Maywood with this lining - it's made all the difference in getting stuff in and out of that bag. It has a great hand and is easy to sew! You will love how you can see exactly what's in your bag!
Could I sew this lining into a bag by hand? Or is it thick enough that it requires a sewing machine.
I have hand-sewing this lining closed at the bottom of a bag. It is thick, but I was able to do that. Can I dye the 10 oz natural army duck canvas?
Yes! Our canvas lining is uncoated 100% cotton, so it should take to most dyes. We recommend you test your dye (or stamping, or painting!) on a small corner of your yardage or a swatch first to gauge the results. And please email us support@klumhouse.com with your results!
